DO'S
If it's a gift, put the proper information instead of yours.
Use my avatars when at club events, whether that's in the audience or on stage working.
Use my avatars in recordings and/or when you go live.
You must list who made the avatar + my store either in the description or somewhere on screen.
DONT's
Remove my watermarks.
Claim any of my avatars as yours, give credit where it's due.
Make my models or edited versions of my models public.
Upload my models to filesharing/piracy websites.
Take/reuse any parts/assets/textures/materials/bone settings/etc, from my avatars. Trade/leak/price split my models. If you need someone to upload the avatar, I offer 5$ uploads.
I am not accountable for any future game updates that may break my avatars nor am I accountable to fix the issues.
No refunds, due to this being a digital service, I cannot refund you money.
If you break my TOS, you will be banned from my store's, blacklisted from my server + shared to my partners, & your access to said avatar(s) will be revoked.
